To commemorate the day when atomic bombs were dropped on the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, the students of class VI D presented the morning assembly on the topic Anti-Nuclear Day on August 6, 2019. It commenced with the Morning Prayer followed by thought for the day, news update, and a spellbinding presentation aimed at spreading the message of peace. The students not only apprised the audience about the dangers of using nuclear weapons but also informed them about the positive uses of nuclear energy. The assembly concluded with the Quiz Buzz and the felicitation of the winners of Inter school competitions followed by National Anthem.
