It is imperative that the seed of knowledge about political awareness and its critical role in ensuring equal rights for all, especially marginalised communities, is sown when the students are young. To foster the understanding of such concepts, an activity was conducted with the Humanities students of Grade 11 on 6 December wherein the students got a platform to express their views on rights for women, tribals and LGBTQ+. A brain storming session enabled the students to hone their critical thinking skills along with being more sensitive and empathetic.
