APJ Abdul Kalam once said, “Thinking should become your capital asset, no matter whatever ups and downs you come across in your life.” Inspired by these words of wisdom, students of class XII A organized a ‘Talk Show’ as a part of the thought provoking morning assembly on April 13, 2018, on the topic, ‘Politicisation of Education’. Students emphatically conveyed that, it is first of all important to acknowledge and accept the challenge; and then to create collective awareness and take onus to deal with the situations. Constructive ways to address the issues related to red-tapism, appeasing policies, sop and corruption etc. were discussed and debated to create stimulation among the stakeholders. Students put across the need to rise above vested interest to bring back the ancient glory of our education system in congruence with progressive technology and needs of the present time.
