A fun-filled educational trip to Agra was organised for classes II-IV on 19 October 2019 in association with ITIHAAS. Amidst smiles, laughter and chatter, the students first visited the Taj Mahal, the finest example of Mughal architecture that combines elements from Persian, Turkish and Indian architectural styles. They were owe- awed by the majesty and aesthetic beauty of one of the most iconic monuments of the world and were amazed to know the history behind it. Thereafter, the enthusiastic explorers visited another UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Agra Fort which added a great deal to their knowledge of historical background and acquainted them with the rich heritage of India.

The students had loads of fun and enjoyed every bit of their tour to Agra. The visit helped young Goenkans come back with a vast treasure trove of knowledge and memories to share with their kith and kin.
