The morning assembly to mark the celebration of ‘World Heritage Day’ was presented by Class VIII E on Wednesday, April 18, 2018. The assembly commenced with the Morning Prayer, “Where the mind is without fear”, followed by the ‘Thought for the Day’ to rouse awareness about the world’s heritage.

An astounding and awe-inspiring speech reflecting the theme and the need to preserve our heritage left an indelible mark on everyone. It also talked about contribution of each individual in preservation of World Heritage Sights. A small presentation showcasing breathtaking and unique World Heritage Sites from across the world captured everyone’s attention. The quiz pertaining to current affairs was conducted and the assembly concluded with the rendition of National Anthem.
