Goenkans got yet another opportunity to prove their debating prowess at Dr. Kalam Debate Competition organised by SPACE India and hosted by St. Thomas School, Dwarka on 15 October, 2018. The competition that was organised in two categories namely, ‘Is Colonization Possible on Mars?’ and ‘U.F.O. –Mystery or Reality?’ witnessed participation from renowned schools of Delhi-NCR, with four participants from each school.

The highly competent Astronomy enthusiasts of the school showcased their knowledge and presentation skills in the battle of brains and impressed the audience. Vaania Bhagat of class VII B walked away with the FIRST PRIZE in the senior category.

On the whole, it was an enriching experience and a challenging effort, well met.
