“Paradise or paradise lost? Your effort is what it will cost, to keep our precious earth clean, by living a green lifestyle.”

On the occasion of Earth Day, an array of creative activities was organized to sensitize the children about the conservation of natural resources and to motivate them to do their bit towards making their planet even more beautiful. With the objective of instilling in the students the respect for nature and to generate awareness concerning the conservation of the planet, ‘Ecofreaks@Goenka contest’ was organised for Classes III-V with great zest and vigour. We were indeed grateful for the enthralling and exuberant responses by the students and their families.
Each video spoke volumes about the hard work poured in by each little Goenkan.

The contest began on 22 April 2021 from 12 p.m. till 23 April 2021 at 12 p.m. The video with maximum likes, comments and shares were to be declared the BEST VIDEO.

We brought out this new concept of winning through maximum post reach so that we could create the required ripple effect in our communities.

Aadya Jindal (IV-C) and Zeeshan Ahmed (IV-E) won the contest with maximum likes, comments and shares on our school’s Facebook page.

The involvement of students showed that the need to raise awareness about environmental issues is well understood by all and children too can make a significant contribution in saving the environment. It is the right time for children to learn about the environment, how they can preserve it.
