Gritty Goenkans attended ‘Fotographia 2018’ – an annual fest of creativity, imagination and quest to discover new talents in young budding filmmakers and photographers on 26 October, 2018. The fest organised by GD Goenka University and hosted by G.D. Goenka Public School, Vasant Kunj brought together more than 200 schools, colleges and universities from across the country as well abroad that showcased their creativity on the theme ‘Beautiful Lives: Human Dignity, Human Rights.’ The shortlisted entries in different categories of films like long films, short films, documentaries and public service advertisements were screened and the finalist photographs were exhibited on the day of the event and one entry from each category was awarded. The spectacular event was graced by the presence of eminent actor, writer and producer, Mr Vivek Vaswani along with other industry stalwarts.

The Goenkan team comprising of students from classes VI- VIII participated in the festival and received the award for best entry in the category of advertisement conveying the message that inclusive education can change a person’s life.
