With the aim to motivate its faculty members to evolve as lifelong learners the school provided opportunity to three faculty members teaching Classes III to X to attend Induction Workshop from December 26 to December 28, 2018 at G.D.Goenka Public School, Vasant kunj, Delhi. Faculty members of various schools under the aegis of G.D.Goenka Group from Delhi, Kashipur, Nainital, Jeendh, Lukhnow, etc. also attended the workshop.

On 26th December the workshop on ‘Effective Teaching Learning’ conducted by Dr. Veena Arora provided an insight into four different processes of Teaching Learning and explored various techniques to enrich classroom teaching. Workshop on 27th December on ‘Development of Critical and Creative Thinking Skills’ by Ms. Shuchi Pathak focused on ways and techniques to empower facilitators to develop these skills in their learners. Mr. Aniruddha Burmon’s workshop on ‘Innovative Practice in Teaching’ on December 28 highlighted the importance of activity based teaching so that learning doesn’t become a burden for students.

The Induction Workshop was a great learning experience for all faculty members.
