We, at Goenka, believe that every child is unique and has his own set of abilities. Our task here is to identify their skill and nurture it. Thus to facilitate an early identification of a child’s talent and provide him a cohesive environment for a sound growth, the involvement of parents in school activities becomes paramount. Keeping that in view, an induction workshop for the parents of students of class IX was held on 11th April 2017 to familiarize them with evaluation pattern, code of conduct and also impart few handy parenting tips for this age group.

Ms.Poonam Negi started with school norms and code of conduct, which was further continued by school counselor Dr. Bindu Kapoor who shared important parenting tips and study skills. This was followed by detailed discussion of evaluatuon pattern by Ms. Harinder.

The workshop concluded with an open session where parents also shared their concerns.
