English language is an integral part of learning. The basic purpose of various activities conducted in the allotted period was to provide them a platform to enhance their communication skills and to make them practice soft skills. The activities conducted were based on the themes of Gratitude, Dealing with Stress/Anger, being mindful, Positive self-talk and Reviving Patriotism.

The activities proved to be a medium for the students to empower themselves and develop skills like critical thinking, creative thinking, problem solving and decision making by application of the skills in everyday life.
