Rhymes are a powerful learning source in early literacy and enable children to become interested in the rhythm and patterns of language. In order to develop phonological awareness, the adorable little children of Nursery were introduced to English rhyme recitation activity ‘Sweet Parakeets’ held on 22nd July 2022 to engage their active and inquisitive minds in reciting and acting out their favourite rhyme.

It was indeed exhilarating to hear them express themselves in their own creative way and find their own personal voice.
