WORTHY WORKSHOPS















                                  POCSO WORKSHOP FOR STUDENTS

         To
             enable the students to understand gender equality and the significance of POCSO Act in
         this regard, a counselling session was conducted by the school  counselor on 27 November

         2019. Discussion and active participation of students wherein they shared their everyday life
         experiences  ensured  that  the  learning  process  is  accelerated.  The  importance  of  the  role

         played by educators and students in ensuring the rights and safety of children in a school is

         fundamental  in  grooming  them  into  responsible  and  self-aware  citizens.  Another  POCSO
         workshop was organized in the same regard by the School Counsellor on 23 November 2019

         for  the  students  to  raise  awareness  regarding  the  need  to  develop  mutual  respect  for  each

         other and for preserving the rights of students against any form of mental or physical abuse.

                            TRAIN THE TEACHERS

         Sanskriti  School,  Chanakyapuri  organised  Teachers'  workshop  on

         'Design-thinking', attended by the Middle School Incharge, Ms. Deeksha
         Sharma,  Ms.  Harinderjeet  Kaur  along  with  a  group  of  students  on  23

         November 2019. The session, conducted by Ms. Deepa Sawhney, CEO,

         and  founder,  Mahattattva  Educational  Advisory  Pvt.  Ltd,  aimed  at
         implementing design thinking processes and tools to drive innovation,

         using  tools  like  visualisation,  mapping  and  storytelling  to  create  and
         present and also testing, refining and improving new ideas, models and

         processes. The workshop was highly insightful and informative and it

         catered to all the queries posed by the participants.












                                               CAREER WORKHOP

         To steer their career to the path of their choice and their will to the path of their unique aptitude, a workshop
         was organised on 18 October 2019 for the students of class XII by the well-acclaimed Ms. Anjali from Huron

         University, Canada. The Mentor enabled them with insights into prospective career choices from the range
         of streams available to them.
