The students of class III-A presented the morning assembly on the theme ‘World Mental Health Day’ on 10 October 2019. The assembly began with the prayer song followed by thought for the day and an impactful short skit highlighting the importance of taking care of one’s mental health. The students also enlightened the audience on how they can control negative thoughts by engaging in a hobby, regular exercise, making lifestyle changes and seeking help when required. The assembly concluded with a dance performance followed by the National Anthem.
