At Goenka, leadership development is viewed as a progressive journey through several stages, each with specific practices.

STAGE 1
Self-Awareness

- Discovering Strengths: Enabling students to understand their traits and strengths by maximising opportunities.
- Mindfulness and Reflection Exercises: Incorporating activities that promote self-reflection and mindfulness, such as meditation sessions.
